How much money will I save?
You buy OMNIWELL inkjet refill kits with cost less than a cartridge, and it is like buying 30 cartridges. For example, when you are running out of one color of a cartridge which has 3 (or five) color chambers inside, you have to throw it away and buy a new one even though the other color chambers are still full of ink. However, an OMNIWELL refill kit can refills one cartridge 30 times (or 6, 9 times); i.e., you have already saved 30 (6 or 9) cartridges.  ¡@

Is your ink as good as the original ink?

Better! We use high performance inks that have exactly the same chemical and physical properties as the original inks. OMNIWELL inks use new sub-micron technology, which reduces the chance of clogging (more so than the original inks) and increases printer performance . OMNIWELL inks are like premium gas for a car making the machine run smoother and more efficiently. The blacks are blacker, and the colors more vibrant. ¡@

Are all inks the same?

No, different printers require different formulations. There is no generic ink that works well in all printers. That is why we have different kits available. Inks will not perform well if used in the wrong printer; this is why we ask you use the correct ink for your printer..

Will refilling void the OEM's warranty on my printer?

The manufacturer will suggest you to use original cartridges because they are concerned about inferior ink clogging or ruining the printer. There are inferior inks in market, but not OMNIWELL inks. They are most likely more concerned that you will stop using their product! The ink we use is identical in chemical composition to the original manufacturer's ink, but actually improves performance. You will never have a problem with your printer due to the refilling process or our inks. One tip though; if you ever get your printer serviced by the retailer, or bring it in for service, take out the refilled cartridge. The reason for this is because the retailer that sold you the printer will probably have their own parts and service warranty plan.  They will probably blame any problems on the refilled cartridge. Printer technicians can be very convincing, but be assured that any problem with your printer will not be due to the fact that you are using refilled cartridges. In fact, our ink will improve your printer's performance!

Is cartridge of consumable?

Of course, the refilled cartridge has its limited life, and you should buy a new original cartridge for replacement in time.

Can I refill the cartridge, which is still with residual ink of original?

The inks will last as indicated on the color box for two year as long as the following three conditions are met:
* Seal it tightly while the ink is being stored for next time usage.
* The kit is kept at room temperature. •T •T
* The ink is kept out of direct sunlight

Is your ink as good as the original ink?

Yes, It's OK to mix OMINWELL ink with the originals since they are with same characters.

Realistically, we don't know; maybe, under ideal conditions, 20 times or more. There will be one time when you notice your print quality is deteriorating. This is usually evidenced by the printer streaking or incomplete ink coverage even though you have done the head cleaning instructions. Cartridges separating from the print-head may be found that the print-head that needs replacement, but the cartridges are still working fine. Then, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have completely exhausted the usefulness of your cartridge, and can trash it without any qualms. That will be the time to buy another cartridge, new or remanufactured, and, we hope, from OMINWELL
